新型封隔式固井分级箍的研制与应用

摘要: 塔里木盆地深井、超深井采用常规固井一次封固4 000~5 000 m难度大,常采用分级固井工艺进行施工, 因发育易漏地层,使用常规分级箍双级固井存在一级固井漏失、二级固井井口失返等问题,导致自由套管段长,影响固井质量。针对该技术难题,成功研制了新型封隔式固井分级箍。该分级箍包括分级箍单元、注液连接阀和水力扩张封隔器单元,在完成分级固井作业的基础上,增加了一级固井后封隔器胀封的功能,能够有效在进行二级固井时封隔套管与裸眼间的环空,降低二级固井漏失几率,提高水泥返高。室内试验与现场应用结果表明,此工具安 全可靠,二级固井过程无漏失,提高了固井质量并节约了成本,为低压易漏长封固井段固井提供了有力的技术保证,应用前景广阔。

Abstract:

In Tarim basin, it is difficult to use conventional cementing to seal 4000~5000m deep and ultra-deep wells at a time, so hierarchical cementing technology is often used for construction. Due to the well developed leakage-prone formations, there are problems with conventional stage collar for two-stage cementing such as loss of primary cementing and total loss of secondary cementing, which lead to the long length of free casing section and affect the cementing quality. In order to solve the above problems, a new type stage collar with packer was developed. This tool includes a stage cementing collar,a injection valve and a hydraulic expansion packer. On the basis of the completion of the staged cementing operation, the function of packer expansion after the first stage cementing is added, which can effectively seal the annulus between casing and open hole during secondary cementing, reduce the probability of secondary cementing loss, and increase cement top. The results of laboratory tests and field application show that the tool is safe and reliable with no loss during the secondary cementing process, improving the cementing quality and saving cost. This tool provides a powerful technical guarantee for cementing the low-pressure and easy-loss long-seal section, and has a broad application prospect.
